Mr. Menard is an accredited appraiser and joined the firm in 2001. He focuses on the appraisal of office buildings, industrial properties, subdivisions, retail developments, schools, churches, multi-residential, land and market rent analysis.
Prior to joining Juteau Johnson Comba Inc, Mr. Menard was employed, as a senior valuation analyst, by the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation for two years. His responsibilities included the valuation and defence of appeals on office and shopping centre properties. Prior to that, he was employed as a fee appraiser with other firms in Eastern Ontario since 1987.
Mr. Menard graduated from St. Lawrence College with a Diploma in Appraisal /Assessment. He has been an Accredited Appraiser of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1993. He has recently completed Professional Development Courses offered by the Sauder School of Business of the University of British Columbia on Hotel Valuation, Multi-Family Property Valuation, Highest and Best Use, Seniors Facilities Valuation and Land Valuation.
