Mr. Ivan Vojinovic, B.A., AACI, P. App., is a graduate of the University of Ottawa where he received his Bachelor of Arts, specializing in Geomatics and Spatial Analysis with a Minor in Business Administration. From there he went on to complete his two-year Post Baccalaureate in Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University. Mr. Vojinovic joined Juteau Johnson Comba Inc. in January 2015. In 2019, Mr. Vojinovic obtained his diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia and received his accreditation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Mr. Vojinovic has completed appraisal reports on a wide variety of properties including land, subdivisions, office buildings, retail plazas, industrial buildings, self-storage facilities, consulting assignments and Highest and Best Use analysis. He has also completed numerous market rent studies for retail, industrial, office, or land premises. These studies have been used for the purpose of negotiating lease renewals or new deals. In addition, Mr. Vojinovic has assisted on expropriation files related to the Ottawa Light Rail Transit (LRT) project regarding subterranean takings and their impact on the Highest and Best Use of improved properties. Appraisal reports and feasibility studies have also been conducted for numerous condominium/rental apartment buildings for investment decision-making purposes. In doing so, Mr. Vojinovic reviewed building characteristics (# of units, rental and vacancy rates, amenities, finishes, resident profile, future development, etc.) of several competing projects via site investigations and contacted several local stakeholders.
Mr. Vojinovic has provided exceptional and timely customer service leading to long term relationships with both public and private sector clients including the City of Ottawa, the National Capital Commission, Dymon Self Storage, Huntington Properties, Claridge Homes, Richcraft Group of Companies, Domicile Developments, Glenview Corporation, Tartan Land Corporation, DCR Phoenix and Investors Group, among others.
